Refund Policy of Power Boom Vitamins

Power Boom Vitamins offers returns for non-opened, non-used, and non-damaged products within 30 days from your purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase from our website.

For returns, contact us at refund@powerboomvitamins.com. Approved returns will receive instructions on where to send the unopened items. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Inspect your order upon arrival. Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items to address issues promptly. Note: Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

For exchanges, return the original item, and once accepted, place a new order.

If your return is approved after inspection, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds might take time to appear in your account.

Please note, each customer is entitled to one return per lifetime. Further returns will not be accepted.
